Prices start from £475 to £675 (maximum)

Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, with entry from 4pm onwards. Visitors are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on their day of departure. They are also asked to leave the house clean and tidy to assist in preparation for the next visitors. A list of vacant dates, with charges, is available on request. A deposit of £75 per week is required to confirm a booking. A Booking Form should also be completed. In the event of cancellation, every attempt will be made to re-let but if this is not possible, the balance of the letting charge will be required. For this reason, a Holiday Insurance Scheme is recommended.The balance of rental is due four weeks before the date of commencement of the holiday. When this has been received, arrangements for receiving the key, and other useful information, will be forwarded. If you require any further information please don’t hesitate to contact us.
